Happy Hyundai made me pay for a new battery $400.

Happy Hyundai made me pay for a new battery $400.00 and my battery was still covered under my insurance. My car is only a year and half old. They had my car from April this year until July and I was told by my dealership that they shouldn't have made me pay for a new battery at all. I reached out to Happy Hyundai and I was told that my dealership can help me. My dealership said they can't help seeing as this battery is not cover since Happy Hyundai took my battery out and replaced it. So I'm just out $400.00. I thought people should know that they need to get very detailed when dealing with Happy Hyundai. Nicole who works at Happy Hyundai was very unprofessional when she started laughing at the situation at hand before hanging up on me. I would recommend that people find somewhere else to do business because this is very fraudulent. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone because you just might get talked right out of your money. Ask question before beginning any services with this company. This is really a shame that Happy Hyundai couldn't compensate me for their mistake and then told me to take my car to my dealership who can't help because of the mistake Happy Hyundai made!! Be careful, ask questions and demand answers. I just wanted share their wrong doing with others who may do business with Happy Hyundai. Be blessed and stay safe!

Would give a zero if I could!

Would give a zero if I could! This dealership and there service department are con artists! They won't address what you say and say it's not covered under warranty so you get hit with bill service bills!

Arrogant Manager

I was greeted as soon as I walked in by a young man name Orlando. He was a friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive sales rep. However, the vehicles Autotrader.com stated were available were no longer available. As I was explaining to the sales rep that I wasn’t interested in any different vehicle his manager tried intervening, as if his sales techniques were going to be better than his employees. Due to his arrogance I left the dealership. In the future management please allow your amazing sales men to do their job. Customers know what they want and how much they want to spend!

Great Deal--very pleased

Very pleased with the deal I got on my Certified Preowned Tucson. My salesman, Luis, was very patient with me and worked with me until I got a deal I could go with. Gave me a good price on my trade-in and was able to eliminate some of the costs for the dealer-added packages. Will definitely consider trading there again when I'm in the market for a new or used vehicle.

they are Happy cos they rip off people

I will never go to this dealership again. My car wouldnt start and they charged me $946+taxes fir a new starter. As my car has only done 17k miles this is totally ridiculous

This was my first time visiting this dealership. I went in for service, oil change, and tire rotation. I’m very pleased with the service that I received starting with Vinny Kempczynski. Vinny came across as honest, and sincere. He did not try to sell me something I did not need. My travel from 4800 South, and 400 East to receive service here, did not bring me disappointment. Thanks to Vinny. BTW, while there I engaged in conversation with another Happy Hyundai customer, and she described Vinny as her favorite. We both are well-done seniors so whey to go Vinny!

5+ Service and Facility

Vince is an asset to your dealership. He completed my sign in smoothly. When I asked he gave an approximate completion time. Informed me of extra service I needed or will need and kept me informed during the process. I would definitely return for all my auto service and maybe sells. Service was completed sooner than the estimated time.

Good location with Great Service

The staff was extremely helpful and helpful. I have never felt more comfortable at a dealership thanks to Vince. I would recommend this location to everyone. The waiting area was very nice and the leather seats were out of this world. I didn't use the complimentary shuttle service, but knowing its there is nice.

Purchase

Didn’t take as long as I figured only one negative comment I did like being forced to accept something I know I can’t afford finance will still you to more Warranty coverage then you can afford. It was a little frustrating but in reality I should’ve left it alone because most of warranty expired. You can always continue coverage so my monthly payments are way over my head the only thinking about selling a warranty, then listening to you stating that you want to be comfortable with your monthly payments
