My husband and I visited this dealership a little over a month ago with the intention of buying a new 2013 Mazdaspeed 3. We went inside and were greeted by a salesman who took us down to the lot. On the way down we asked if there were any current deals; he told us the Mazda3 had a 0% interest rate for qualified buyers. I asked what the qualifications were and his response was "Well you have to have pretty excellent credit..." I didn't care for his tone when he said that, almost as if he assumed we wouldn't meet that criteria, which is funny considering my credit score is 780. When we went down to look at the cars on the lot, he asked us a few questions about what we were looking for. We told him the car was to be for me (a woman) and that I wanted something that had power and speed and that I was interested in the Speed 3. His response to that was 'Oh, well that car has a lot of horsepower, definitely too much for most people'. Apparently despite being young and heavily tattooed, that fact that I am a woman puts me into the 'most people' category...whatever that means. We told him we wanted to have a seat in the car to see how it felt. He opened the drivers door, took a look at my 6'2" husband, pushed the drivers see all the way back and motioned for him to have a seat. At this point, it should have been very clear that the car was for me, but the salesman still obviously had it in his head that the car was meant for a man. I adjusted the seat and got in. I already knew I wanted the car, which should have been apparent based on the fact that I knew the specs better than the salesman. Did he offer a test drive? No. Never even mentioned it. We chatted lightly with him about the difference in price between MS3 with the tech package and without, talked about interest rates and what bank they finance through etc. Even after all of that, this man never invited us inside to talk, never asked if we wanted to drive the car, and never even gave us a business card. My husband and I are polite, well spoken people who were ready to buy a car that day and they completely lost our business. We left that day feeling confused and annoyed, but we are glad it happened the way it did because after we left, we went directly to a dealership in CT, test drove the car, struck a deal and purchased my new MS3 that day. I would NOT recommend this dealership, at least from a sales point of view. But thank you Sentry West for steering us toward a dealership we loved!

Best service department ever!
Dan in the Service Department is awesome. He knows who I am when I come in. He is always upbeat and wears a smile. I brought my CX7 in unexpectedly for service after white smoke was billowing out of the rear exhaust. I didn't know what was wrong, but Dan immediately identified the problem. My car had to stay at Sentry Mazda while he ordered the part. During that time, Dan was able to get me a rental car so my schedule wasn't affected. He set up the rental, paid for the rental. The only thing I had to do was pick it up. My car was fixed the next day and to top things off, the part and service were covered by the warranty. Way to go Dan!! Thank you for everything you did!!

Excellent and Timely Service
Scheduled my car for 40,000 mi. Service and completed in timely manner with Eric keeping me informed of progress and completion. Also found and fixed problem after a test drive that I forgot to tell them about. Good facility and very clean, also gave me extra service for picking it up upon completion, car washed as well.

Sentry Lincoln in Shrewsbury is a great place to purchase and service your cars. I have been going here for over 4 years and the service is outstanding. Great service, very helpful.
I recently brought my Mazda in for the 45k service and vibration while braking. Sentry replaced my front Rotors even though they were not under warranty. Great service, very helpful staff.

Efficient and Friendly Service
Dan was an efficient representative as is Jim, the Manager. The good thing about the place is that they know Mazda and so it is not a pot shot in the dark as to what the problem is. Omar, the tech, quickly identified the issues and showed me the problem areas. They gave me a list of solutions and since I could not afford all, I chose the critical ones and a day later, the car was done. It was a no-nonsense, friendly and efficient service. But for the pricing and I understand that dealerships are always pricier (ouch!), I would never hesitate to repeat the experience, any given day.

Great Service from start to finish ! !
We have had our Mazda's serviced many times at Sentry West Lincoln Mazda. The gentlemen who book appointments are always helpful and accommodating - fitting us in when we call last minute! Everyone is very professional and courteous. The work is always done to our satisfaction and we will continue to be a customer at this location.
