I had an appointmet to program a Key FOB Transmitter and

I had an appointmet to program a Key FOB Transmitter and cut blank key. I was welcomed and the estimated time of completion was right-on-the-mark. It was an excellent experience. I have had multiple Dodge and Jeep vehicles serviced by Palmer DCJ since 2008 and have always been completely satisfied.

They do a good job.

They do a good job. But this last oil change they did not put the engine skid plate back on properly. It came loose as I was driving down the highway. They also over tighten my oil catch can with pliers.

Brought Ram 1500 Ecodiesel for oil change and recall.

Brought Ram 1500 Ecodiesel for oil change and recall. Took 3 days even though scheduled 2 weeks in advance. “Tech behind” 1st day (only 1 diesel tech?). 2nd day needed parts to complete recall (not ordered when brought in or when scheduled?). Also got fuel filter change and now have an intermittent “water in filter, please drain” code. When I drain, there is no water in the fuel filter.
