From the onset to the conclusion of what was a complex and meticulous repair, his attention to detail and assistance were exemplary. His dedication and hard work were greatly appreciated. The most painless and professional experience I've had
The most painless and professional experience I've had car buying (and I've bought plenty). Mike (their internet sales guy) is a pleasure to work with and made the process extremely easy. Their doc fees may seem high but you are in fact getting value from them in saved time and headaches of dealing with your B/DMV; unlike most dealers where its just an 11th hour cash grab these guys work for your money and to my reckoning earn it. At this point I'd consider Palmer Dodge before looking locally.

Fantastic service department.
Fantastic service department. They did a great job on my truck. I live about 40 miles from Palmer dealership. I have two other dealerships within 10 miles of me, but I would rather take my truck to Palmer then the other two dealerships. I've tried taking my truck to the other two dealerships for service, but every time my truck stayed there for weeks upon weeks and not everything was resolved. Keep up the good work Palmer.
