I recently had service done on my Jeep Wrangler at Palmer Dodge due to a recall. While the service itself took over a week to complete, it wasn’t their fault as the test kept failing. However, my initial experience was frustrating due to a lack of transparency and communication. I wasn’t updated regularly on the status of my vehicle. That said, when I made a follow-up call, the team became much more cooperative, providing clearer updates and ensuring the issue was resolved. Overall, while the process took longer than expected, their improved communication in the end helped make up for the earlier frustration.
