They lied about giving a $200 credit for diagnostic if

They lied about giving a $200 credit for diagnostic if work was performed. Keep my car for several days to say nothing was wrong with the diagnostic. Replaced a battery (which could have been done at Autozone) and adjusted my moon roof for just about $1,000.

I am satisfied with the quality customer service and care. Luis Torres was very helpful and the personal attention given was great! I received text updates which I really appreciated. Luis is the BEST! Thank you for hiring people like him who care about the customer. He was very pleasant and reassuring as I was without a vehicle during Thanksgiving and desperately needed me care once I returned to work after the holiday. I appreciate the quality customer service and work. I will say I was unaware of the additional cost on the price of repair. I was expecting to pay $661

I do not understand why we were asked to bring our car in

I do not understand why we were asked to bring our car in on a Friday when the tech that was going to work on the car was not available until the following Tuesday. This place has little consideration for customers.

My check engine light came on. I thought that was typically an emissions problem, but this time it was a faulty thermostat. The work was done well and the car was ready when I needed it.
