My salesman (Lee Brown) was awesome.

My salesman (Lee Brown) was awesome. He and Thomas Jackson were extremely professional. I have NO respect for the sales manager who really did not want to honor the internet price when I presented my cash offer. Thank you to the District Manager for your professionalism and honesty. That “sales manager “ should be demoted to the janitor or FIRED, as he is an extremely POOR representative of your company.

Came in for 2 problems.

Came in for 2 problems. First was fixed immediately and under warranty. Couldn’t be happier. Second requires ordering a small part. Still waiting for that so jury is still out there.

This was the best car buying experience ever! Jay was knowledgeable and beyond helpful and Thomas was an amazingly efficient finance personnel. They got me exactly what I wanted for an offer that I couldn’t say no to!

I am on my fourth Chrysler minivan and this dealership is

I am on my fourth Chrysler minivan and this dealership is closest to my house. Over the last 20 years, I have seen the Service department go from acceptable to worse! Now they don't even respond to emails or complaints. Service manager Mr. Keller would rather not deal with customers (he usually cannot be located). The latest visit concluded with my keyfob key not even being cut! I emailed Mr. Keller directly to see what my options were and did not hear back. I will not go back to this dealership anymore and try others, albeit they are further away from my house.
