The service team at Palmer is quick and efficient. The waiting area is clean and has internet access, working areas, snacks, coffee, and water. There is also a nice showroom with some pretty cool cars to look at while you wait.

Many thanks to service adviser Sara Jaramillo for her help in solving problem repairing my RAM but because of miscommunication between Palmer Dodge and Chrysler I lost almost 2 weeks of my time and my money for repair and rentals. Chrysler didn't want to cover expenses for repair of my 2021 RAM with 101,066 miles because they said I bought a truck with 65,000 mile/5 years warranty but when I bought it was shows on my window sticker 5years/100,000 Mile powertrain warranty. This is already the second serious breakdown in this vehicle, the first one happened on 10,000 miles and I waited a month to get back my truck from repair shop at Palmer Dodge dealership. I hope you understand my disappointment

on my first service, the service facility neglected to
on my first service, the service facility neglected to change tire pressure after rotating my tires. The result in a return trip upon which the service manager was too busy to see me. However, one staff member took really good care of me to make sure that the job is done right.My judgment is being withheld overall on whether to recommend the service facility or not until after the next service so that I can determine if that was a one time problem with the specific service tech or more of a general approach from the service facility.

Everything was good except my lugnut cover for the tire
Everything was good except my lugnut cover for the tire was broken and I didn’t notice until I got home. Wish that could be replaced. It looks like the tech over tightened it

Sarah was exceptional!
Sarah was exceptional! I was very nervous about what may have been wrong with my car but Sarah's conscientiousness caught the problem and saved me a ton! She was very honest about the problems and didn't cause me to get things I didn't need. The whole office was fantastic and seemed to work together as an awesome team. Great communication.
