I worked with Rich and the service was excellent.

I worked with Rich and the service was excellent. My Jeep was taken in quickly. They provided an Uber to get me home and back to the dealership the next day. The Jeep was repaired more quickly than expected and Rich even had it washed for me. I truly appreciate the help.

I've been there multiple times, but very disappointed my

I've been there multiple times, but very disappointed my my most recent visit with my 2016 Jeep. Was first told we didn't have an appointment and was told we could be "fit in" but would take 2+ hours, until I was able to show my confirmation email/text reminder. In which they then said ok, you're right I do see the appointment.. Was in for a standard oil change and tire rotation. I am totally fine with the inspector calling or walking into the waiting room to let me know what they found and for me to confirm how to proceed. But, instead they had my car there for 2 hours only for me to come to them asking for an update on when my car would be done. The response was "waiting on an estimate." Which in my opinion, they should have spoken to me prior to any estimates and let me know what they even found. B/c I opted to NOT go with their findings and they still had yet to complete the oil change when I had already been waiting for 2 hours which is why I was there in the first place, resulting in waiting even longer.

Dusty was excellent on working the deal.

Dusty was excellent on working the deal. Detail guy delivered the purchased Jeep wrecked with paint damaged. Nick made things right and swapped us to another Jeep. We left dealership with Jeep running bad. Found it was in 4wd. Moved to 2wd and now runs well. Sales dept was great but detail dept and final delivery need work. Would highly recommend Dusty and Nick. Five star for sales. one start for detail dept.

I love my van but hate all the issues that came with it.

I love my van but hate all the issues that came with it. Having your car in for repair is never fun, however Palmer Dodge Chrysler is the only place I trust. Hiram has helped my car through two recalls. He is courteous, knowledgeable, and does a great job keeping me updated.
