I love Sarah!
I love Sarah! She is an example of excellent customer service! My only disappointment was that my vehicle was not looked at for 5 days and it was there a total of 10 days until I got it back. Fortunately my car insurance covered my rental car fees & I received 2 days free with Enterprise for Sat. & Sun.

I had a follow up appointment after Recall service 3
I had a follow up appointment after Recall service 3 months ago. Since I live out of town, I needed to drop off the vehicle on a Sunday and pick it up on the following Saturday. Drop off was a little concerning, because it was off-property and with very little space to park (on side road in front of gate). On the other hand, the service was thorough and alleviated any concerns on the original recall. Service tech, Kim, kept me updated throughout the service process and Sarah handled the pick-up. Very satisfied with the service.
