After buying the car, I noticed some skirt xxxx near both real wheels and contacted the dealership. They will not take or return my calls in regards to this. Not a stand up dealer.

I love Sarah!

I love Sarah! She is an example of excellent customer service! My only disappointment was that my vehicle was not looked at for 5 days and it was there a total of 10 days until I got it back. Fortunately my car insurance covered my rental car fees & I received 2 days free with Enterprise for Sat. & Sun.

Took my charger up there for an oil change and tire

Took my charger up there for an oil change and tire rotation. Service took about two hours which was fine. When I went to pick up my charger I was told the computer was done so I was just given a paper receipt. However the next day I drive maybe 20 miles and my rear tire unravels and goes flat. Once I can get to a tire shop I am told both of my back tires shouldnt have even been allowed back on the road. I feel like that should have been said when I picked it up. It leads me to believe no service was even done on my car. When I called to ask about this I was never given a call back, or any contact further. The second time I called was left on hold. Will not be returning to Palmer Dodge.

Service rep was very professional.

Service rep was very professional. He worked me in for an oil change even though I had made a mistake making the appointment. In and out in about an hour. I would give this service department 5 stars!
