HI, I am purchasing a 2023 Rubicon 392 from your

HI, I am purchasing a 2023 Rubicon 392 from your dealership. From the start I have been disappointed in the communication effort I have received, I am in NC so I can't see the vehicle in person, I have to reply on pictures and what I'm told by your staff. In the beginning I asked 3 different people for more pictures of the jeep, they all said they would send them, no one sent any. I emailed Brandon Miller some questions, and have yet to get a response from him. I just don't feel like I matter. To me $ 85,000.00 is a large purchase, I could have spent that money at a number of dealerships but I chose yours. The Jeep was advertised with a different set of wheels and tires on it than I am getting. The spare tire was taken off it and put on another Jeep which left the one I'm buying without a spare which I think is xx, so I had to negotiate to get money for a spare. Biggest complaint is when I email or text questions, I get no response until I call and they have to answer me...would I recommend Palmer, no I wouldn't...You take care of me, and I'll take care of you.....You Ignore me, and I'll forget you.

After coming to palmer service for 7 years (for jk all services) you just expect more. Recently bought Jeep 392 and it makes noises at startup, according to google its normal. I brought it for oil change and they tell me I have to leave jeep for 48hr another day and no promise for rental. It felt like you guys just want me go somewhere else

I simply cannot say enough good about the team at Palmer.

I simply cannot say enough good about the team at Palmer. From making an appointment to picking my Jeep up, it was the smoothest, easiest, and best overall experience I have ever had at car dealership. The communication from Ryan and Rich were absolutely top notch! My Jeep (which I purchased elsewhere) was having some weird issues that two other Dodge/Jeep dealerships couldn't even diagnose let alone fix. After picking the Jeep up, it drives and performs like a brand-new vehicle. The attention to detail, the sense of actual caring, and the communication was so refreshing from a service department. To say I recommend Palmer is a complete understatement!
