I was attended promptly by Andrea Paz. She was very helpful and kind. She offered me an Uber to get to work and later to get back to get my car. She kept up to date in regards of anything that was going on with the card. And last thing, they brought my car to me when was time to leave.

After my vehicle was serviced and I pick it up I had to
After my vehicle was serviced and I pick it up I had to remove the plastic covering the driver's seat, the paper covering the floor on the driver's side. My tires safety lock was missing and I had to return to the dealership to retrieve it. This is the 3rd time that I have to return to the dealerhip to retrieve it my tire safety lock.
