I had such a wonderful experience at Rick Case Hyundai. I purchased a 2012 Sonata Limited and absolutely love my new car. Emmanuel is the best car salesman I have ever worked with. I did quite a bit of car shopping with other Hyundai dealerships in the Atlanta area and Emmanuel was most professional out of all of them. He took the time to work with me on the price negotiations on the vehicle and never gave up on finding the car I wanted. No other dealerships were able to come through with the right price and the right car I was looking for. I would recommend Emmanuel to all prospective buyers.

We visited this dealer a few weeks ago. Our sales representative was Mr Glenn a very nice man. We went there to get a newer car and trade ours in. The sales manager came back with a low ball offer on our vehicle, we adviced him that we had been offer a lot more ($10,000) on our trade in at CarMax but we did not have the paper with us at that time. The sales manager told Mr Glenn to advice us that if we brough proof of what CarMax was willing to pay for our car he would match it. So we came back later that afternoon with the proof, his sales manager came over to talk with us and give us a song and dance of why he could not give us that much for our car after he had said he would. We have bought several new cars from this dealership in Florida in the passed, 5 of them. We got upsed at the sales manager for his tactics and asked for the phone number so we could contact Mr. Case. We were given a business card that had a 954 area code. We called several times and left messages, to this date we have not received a call back. Needless to say we will never buy another car from this dealership and would not recomend it to anyone. They just plain lied to our face used the old bait gain, but we did not bite.

Jonathan Bush- Super friendly guy, knowledgable, and HONEST! Probably the most straight-forward salesman i've delt with. i've already given out his contact information to several people, and highly recomend hyudai products, and this dealership to anyone i show the vehicle off to. The rest of the staff was of equal help, and just as charismatic.

From the very beginning Emmanuel was very professional,showing me every detail about the car, explainning the process and never rushing me in the decision. Buying a car can be stressful and working with this team made it a lot easier,Emmanuel was the nicest car salesman by far. Everyone I met that day was nice,Karri Ramel(Finance Manager) was also very helpful explainning all that paperwork! :-)

I gave Rick Case a 5 because of their politeness when I bought the car and explaining everything to me up front. I also wanted to relate a recent experience-I locked my keys in my trunk on a holiday weekend, called the roadside assistance, and help was there within 40 minutes. I appreciate the great service. Minerva at Rick Case Hyundai Duluth dealership was great to work with. I purchased a 2008 Hyundai Tucson. There were no surprises. I went in with a CarMax estimate on my old car and my credit union financing in hand, and they beat both estimates. They didn't try to sell me a lot of extra stuff at the end of the deal. Overall a rather easy and straight forward deal.
