Steve Hall was an excellent salesperson. He was very knowledgeable about his company and how everything worked, and made myself and my companion feel as comfortable as possible during our time there. He, and the extremely friendly staff, made my car buying experience a fun and easy time.

Customer Service was great. Everyone was very friendly and thorough. I was surprised at how fast everything happened (loan approval, test drive and the paperwork). It was a great experience and I've already recommended this dealership to a few family members and friends who are currently looking to purchase cars.

I went to Hyundai just to take a look at cars, intending to buy a Honda. A few hours later I was driving out with a brand new 2011 Sonata. I am giving this rating because I was very pleased with ourslaes Consultant Emmanuel Kubandi. He is professional, friendly, honest, knowledgable, and excellent at working within your boundaries. Best service I have ever recieved from Emmanual Kubandi. Outstanding.

I had no trouble getting an appointment at a time convenient for me. I was greeted immediately upon arrival. I was provided a detailed evaluation and estimate of the required services to sign, and advised as to the time necessary to complete them. I waited on site. The waiting room was clean and attractive. The check out was quick and painless, and I was on my way.

I had a very friendly experience purchasing my car at Rick Case Hyundai of Duluth. I wasn't in a rush and the process was a little shy of a month. On my first visit, I explained to my salesman Maurice the type of car I was looking for and my price range. He showed me a few cars that day as well. I gave him my information and he gave me updates on their inventory without pestering me. I came in two more times and eventually found a car that I closed on. I believe that because I was patient, it made it easier for the sales team to work and do their best for me. I don't know for sure how my experience would have differed if purchasing the car had been a more urgent matter, but I imagine the sales team would still be as friendly as they were.

My experience with Rick Case has always been a good one I have purchased two other Hyundais in the past from your store. Emmanuel my sales rep was very helpful, I think his smile won me over. He made sure I got the best deal possible considering my situation and I thank him for that. I do have one suggestion though and that would to be to have the mileage warranty extended longer than a 1000 miles it doesn't take long to get to a 1000. : ) I also would like to recognize Derwin Ware as well. My car emission wasn't done and I paid out of pocket I went to the office, but that particular department was closed Mr. Ware took my information and said he was going to make sure that I get reimbursed my money. We had a great experience when we bought out 2006 Hyundai Santa Fe. They had lots of models to choose from. Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly. The car we found was in EXCELLENT condition. Fred worked with us to try and make the deal happen and stayed late to get the deal financed. We will be coming back the next time we need a car.

hi, I want to thank Aron Vincze for the best car buying experience I have ever had. I've bought many cars from dealerships before but I've never enjoyed the the back and forth negotiations. Aaron was knowledgeable, professional and personal. With Aaron I was relaxed and did not get irritated or exhausted by the process (the older I get, the less patience I have).
