My Daughter contacted these folks and asked me to meet here there to discuss financing options. I had no problem co signing with her and even helping with the down payment. Every document I signed was to that effect, my daughter as the buyer myself as the co signer, deal went through and to my surprise I was listed as the buyer with my daughter as the co signer, I despise a lyer and have no use for crooked people, I was asked by 2 separate people to sign BLANK documents- *%!* NO. - I am not quite sure the sales man Fred as not in on the deception but, the crooked shisters won yesterday only for the sake of my daughter.

Working with our salesman, Aron Vincze, was a pleasure. He is professional, polite, thorough, and very patient... not the "typical" car salesman. After looking at many, and test driving a couple vehicles, we were satisfied with the price but there was a glitch with mismatched tires, the Certification Inspection, and the 'detailing/clean-up -- but Aron closed the deal by making sure every issue was addressed and to our liking. Best car buying experience ever!

Reginald was very friendly and informative and was really excited to be selling Hyundai's, it will be easy for him to make sales with a product he obviously is very proud of!! Keri (sp)did a very nice job with the paperwork and is a very personable and friendly person. We will be coming back.

I had a very good experience with Rick case, Hyundai. They have great options for cars and also a very friendly staff to help you out to make selection. The service is fast and professional. I worked with Maurice Mcmillan (sales consultant) and he was excellent. He helped us with all the issues that we had during buying the car. He even helped us with all the after-sale issues, and made sure that we are satisfied and happy. All other staff is also very helpful and does a very good job at taking care of the customers. I would definitely recommend Rick Case to anyone buying a used or a new vehicle :)

Aron went out of his way to make me feel comfortable. Very friendly and informative conversation during the test drive. There was a bit of a problem during the financial negotiations and Aron really worked hard to help work through it to my satisfaction. I am very pleased with the financing and the vehicle. I have a 2010 Hyundai Genesis sedan and as with all cars,...
I have a 2010 Hyundai Genesis sedan and as with all cars, something minor can go wrong. For a point of reference,I have owned three BMW vehicles (bought new at dealer) before this Genesis, bought new at Rick Case Hyundai Duluth. It was a Saturday afternoon and I backed my car out of the garage and heard a noise and shut it off and when trying to re-start, it failed to start up. I called the dealership (about 3PM) and got Matt Rowan and explained the situation and he had a new Genesis sedan delivered to me within 30 minutes. He had me call Hyundai Roadside Service and they had a flatbed pick up my car within 50 minutes of the call to them. I didn't even need to take Matt back to the dealership, he had a chase-car there to pick him up and take him back. Monday morning early, Monica called to advise me of what they were doing and kept me appraised of how repairs were proceeding, she was and is polite, cheerful and extremely helpful. My car was done on time as promised and they even detailed my car before it was delivered to me. All in all, it was the most satisfying experience I've ever had for an auto service. The local BMW dealer may have an expensive coffee machine (which I am sure I and others have payed for...)in the waiting area, but their business and service people could learn from Matt and his people (Monica).

I had a excellent time. And both employees were great and very helpful. They went the full exent of there ablities. The deal was great,and the car is excellent. The service department was clean and fast. They went the extra step. Joel Thomas is a credit to this dealership. And Gerard Almarales did all he could to get the deal the way we wanted it.

Had a great experience with our sales man Steve Hall. There was some delay in getting the paper work for my tag completed by the office staff and I had to get an extension, but Steve pointed me in the right direction for help on this when I wasn't able to get help elsewhere. Thanks Steve we will visit you again!!

I bought a used 2010 Hyundai Sonata from Rick Case in December of 2010. First of all, I am pleased to report that the car itself was in fantastic shape when I made my purchase. It handled perfectly, it was clean, and all the fluids looked normal. I recently just got the oil changed in the car and the guy at Kauffman's said it looked like it was brand new! The price wasn't too bad either. I have been driving it for 3 months now and I have been very happy with my Sonata. I would rate the quality/value of the vehicle 5 out of 5. My salesman's name was Fred Scott, and I think he did a great job. He let me test drive the car for as long as I wanted, followed up on my Bluetooth installation in a timely manner, and managed to throw in some floor mats, a drivers manual, and a full tank of gas for free. Since I visited the dealership by myself, I was really impressed by the fact that he made arrangements to have someone drive my Sonata home for me so I didn't have to leave it at the dealership overnight. Based on this, I give Fred Scott a 5 out of 5.
