My mother found the car on the internet for me. She told me about the car; I went to the dealer to check out the car. I was afforded the opportunity to take the car on a 2-3 day test drive. After visiting several dealerships we finally found a salesperson that was NOT the sterotypical 'used car salesman'. On our second trip to this dealer we met Steve Hall. Steve was honest and seemed very genuine. He made it a point to show us all the details about the car. Steve was also very straight forward about the negotiation process as well. I would happily buy another vehicle from Steve.

Prior to getting in touch with Deshannon Lewis at Rick Case in Duluth, I had spent a solid month trying to find the specific 2011 Hyundai Elantra configuration I was looking for. Being that the car is in such high demand, dealers had little to no interest in actively tracking one down for me. That was not the "case" at Rick Case, however. Deshannon Lewis and Matt Rowan took a very proactive interest in finding my car for me, and Deshannon continually kept me updated on their progress. Once they secured the vehicle, you would think there would be no room for bargaining on price, since they knew they had THE car I wanted. That was not the case, however, and throughout the purchasing process, Deshannon was upfront, honest, and extremely respectful. In just a few minutes time, we'd reached an agreement on a very fair price, and they even beat the financing offer I had prearranged with my bank before visiting the dealer. Thank you Deshannon, Matt, and everyone else at Rick Case in Duluth for making my car buying experience nothing but positive. We won't be looking anywhere else when it comes time to replace the wife's car later this year. Don't waste your time anywhere else! For the most part everyone's greeting was pretty pleasant. Maurice and Reginald worked very hard to provide me with the the car and payments that I needed. Although they were both fairly new, they seemed very familiar with Hyundai's policy. Overall my visit was very pleasant and I am very satisified with my car.

Fred Scott was a really good Sales Associate. I appreciate the time he took to help with the finding and purchasing of my new vehicle. The dealership is good overall. Ive been to other car dealerships before and always ran out of there because I always felt like a number and a last minute sale but I have to say... working with Aron Vincze at rick Case Hyundai, that was not the case! he was very Knowledgeable, seemed dedicated to meeting my needs and my budge. I've owned my Hyundai since I purchased it new in 2000. I've put over 130,000 miles on her without the first problem. My intention was to purchase a new Hyundai because it has been such a good vehicle for me all these years but my friends and family insisted I compare other cars before I made my decision. We visited several dealerships prior to visiting Rick Case Hyundai in Duluth. That's where I met Steve Hall and he made me feel right at home and showed me several diffrent vehicles that had the options I was looking for. Steve answered all my questions and explained a lot of things about the car that I never even would have thought of. Steve felt like an old friend from the beginning and was a pleasure to work with. He was patient, never presuured me and I could tell he truly had my best interest at heart. After having looke at everything else out there, I knew when I drove my new Sonata that it would be the car I would buy. It beat the other cars hands down. It has more features than I ever imagined, gets better gas mileage than any of the other cars I looked at and has the best warranty on top of it all. Steve is someone I'll recommend to anyone thinking of buying a car, and I've never been able to say that about anyone car dealer.
