I am almost 66 years old I have purchased many cars trucks for both company and personal use in my life time and I can say with experience that Rick Case is without a doubt the best dealer I have ever bought from, and Steve Hall is without a doubt the VERY BEST salesman I have done business with. This entire operation is a class act!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fred was an outstanding salesperson. Three areas come to mind: 1.He listens to the customer and tries over and beyond to meet our expectations 2.He is friendly, courteous, and genuinely cares about getting the customer in the right car for them. 3.Outstanding follow up during the deal, and after we took posession of our new vehicle. He was willing to go back to the manager several times for us to get the exact deal "we" were looking for. We left Rick Case feeling satisfied, and not like we had been taken advantage of.

Fred Scott is definitely the guy to see at Rick Case. He goes out of his way to make sure you're happy! I found a super used Sonata at Rick Case and was treated very fairly. I have returned to Rick Case for service on a couple of occasions and was treated with respect.

Fred was very friendly, no pressure, helpful and relentless in getting the car we wanted. Very easy fast transaction. We were dealing with an out of state company car, so he dealt directly with the relevant parties and handled all the details. I just showed up and picked up the car as promised.

Everyone was friendly and very helpful, each person helped each other when information or assistance was needed. Very professional, fast and courteous. When a roadblock was encountered all involved worked diligently to resolve it and no one blamed the customer.

Ken was very courteous, knowledgeable. He followed up on the sale when I had to return the auto for service the next day. He gave me a loaner car to drive in the interim. He even told me to return the next week so that my new car could be detailed. This is the 4th car either I or a member of my immediate family has purchased from Rick Case -- we would not be repeat customers if we didn't feel comfortable with the entire team. I would certainly recommend Rick Case Hyundai to anyone and I would definitely steer them to Ken Hinger.

My experience with Rick Case Hyundai was wonderful. Carlos came to meet us outside and was very pleasant. The fact that he spoke several languages was impressive and helped us to enjoy the experience. Both Emmanuel and Carlos offered us beverages and made us feel comfortable. They were prepared to entertain our three children during the purchase process. Emmanuel and Carlos were both very knowledgeable, interesting and attentive. We would definitely consider Rick Case for any future purchases.
