A dealership that gives back
Rick Case Service Department is bar none above the best. They take care of their customers as if we are family. Tony Park remembers my name every time I come in. I am a rewards member which gives me discounts and to top it all off today they had a customer appreciation event going on and I even got myself a windshield visor as a gift for thanking me for coming in. I love Rick Case.

amazing service department
the service staff at Rick Case is amazing. This visit I was helped by Jennifer who greeted e with a warm smile. Went over everything my car needed and gave me an estimated wait time that actually ended up being less time then she told me. She wet over the inspection and what my vehicle will need my next visit. I appreciate the honesty she provided me. I will definitely be back and ask for Jennifer next time.

Service at Rick Case
The Sunday service hours are the best. I get in and out without hardly any wait and everyone is so helpful. Last Sunday Jennifer Osborne greeted me by name and got me in and out. She even lifted my hood and showed me my air filter. I especially appreciate the hours as I work 6 days a week and this makes it convenient for me to bring to a dealership that is open for service on Sundays.

By far the best dealership I have purchased a car for a long time. As long as you do your homework on your car purchase, this dealership makes it easy for you get in and out with your car purchasing process. We'll be back in few year with our next Hyundai purchase.

Blessing lived up to his name . . .
Can't begin to express how much I enjoyed working with Blessing Iyere. He was honest, personable, and truly cared about me as a person and customer. I had every intention in buying a Honda Accord but after getting every stereo-typical "car salesman" tactic from a guy over at the Honda Delership, Blessing made all the difference. If you're going to Rick Case, ask for Blessing. He lives up to his name!
