Experience with the Sales person was out-standing. I would have rated him all 5 Stars! Experience with Finance was not as out-standing. I was disappointed that my signed proposal paper stated that my first payment would be due in 45 days, yet when signing the contact, it showed 30 days. When questioning finance, he advised that the computer just sets it at 30 as a default and that if he re-did the contact, it would cost us more money a month to change it. I didn't care for this and next time, I will walk away from a deal for something like this. Looking back, I should have given more of a protest, but just wanted the long process to finally be over. I do love my car, but don't feel that what we signed for was followed through. That was no fault of the Sales person. He did his job very well.

Everything from online help, to salesman, to finance was perfect. Quick delivery. Easy purchase. I would highly recommend Sean and Richard to others, as well as purchase my next car from them.

I am very pleased and look forward to doing more business. The. Service was great. All my expectations were met. The sales consultant were friendly and very professional. I would diffenately be sending people up there.

Where do I begin??? I've dealt with Rick Case Hyundai in the past. At the time, my credit was horrible and even then they managed to help get me in a decent used vehicle so I wouldn't have to settle at the BUY HERE PAY HERE lots. Fast Forward two and a half years later. My credit was in a much better place but because of the high interest rate, I was upside down in my vehicle. Elexus was initial contact. She provided me excellent customer service and assigned Emmanuel as my sales rep. I have dealt with many salesmen at many dealerships. Emmanuel was so professional, honest, and genuine. He didn't pressure me and he definitely made me happy on this journey. Dale was my finance guy, he got me a better interest rate in a brand new vehicle. Overall I am very satisfied with my car and the service I received. Emmanuel was the BEST!

Those are the words to describe my car and the exact way I feel each and every time I step out of my vehicle! I am in love my with car and the deal I received was spectacular! It wasn't your ordinary dealership experience with pressuring and overly aggressive sweaty salesmen. Everyone was polite and willing to work with me as long as it was what I wanted. I am very happy and satisfied with how I treated by the salesman and staff. I felt life even though I had my boyfriend with me the salesman listened to what I had to say and worked with what I wanted and he delivered too!! I am so excited every morning to get into my new car and drive it! It's such a nice car and I still can't believe it's mine!! I never felt pressured to get one particular car as my salesman, Blessing, did find the perfect fit for me! Overall I am very satisfied with the dealership and staff.

I have car buying fears so much so that I have spent thousands of $$ trying to keep my old car, but when I walked into Hyundai and was greeted by Ace Antoine my fears vanished. After seeing how dedicated he was to making me and my family comfortable and assisting us in understanding everything that was going on I quickly began to feel at ease and less fearful. Mr Antoine has truly shown me that salesmen are not all about just making money but making sure the customer is happy as well.
