Circumstance.

I was in need of new car due to circumstance with my very old Honda. I decidec to try a Hyundai for a change. I am pleased.

Great experience.

We had a great experience working with Chris Gaines on purchasing our new car. Everyone at the dealer ship we dealt with were professional, courteous and helpful as needed without being pushy as sales people often are. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend Chris and others at this dealership.

really bad experience with service

I'm really pissed off with the service , I've paid extra 2000 bucks for my 5 year oil change and dent less paint, every time I come here its bad response, the front desk people blames the technicians and some sort of silly reasons. They make you sit for hours just for oil change, plz don't get any other thing fixed at this place, I had really bad experience with making me sit for 3 hours and at the end said we don't have this part, called me again next day ro get it fixed , I gave them 3 mire days and made sure before I gave the key to get serviced, again after an hour the same reason, they don't have part. I left msg to service director Tammy Baker but noresponse, I spoke to Tony the assistant manager he not helpful. I made a big mistake paying those extra bucjs for my 5 years service, instead I would have got it done outside without killing time and paying extra money.

Awesome Purchase

Great new car purchase experience

My entire experience at Rick Case Hyundai was great from the start! I was greeted on the lot by Richard Williams. From that point on, it was all uphill. Chris Smith provided some history about the dealership's owner. Mr. Williams sat with me to find out what I was looking for. My test drive gave me something to consider over the weekend. Before I left, I had scheduled a follow-up appointment. What I really appreciated is that Mr. Williams was able to accommodate me when I had a change in my schedule. He and Phillip Stancil made sure that I had everything that I needed before I left the lot with my new car.

New car should look new when bought new

Spent too much time at the dealership and had to make 2 trips within the first 3 days to finally get the car buffed and waxed as a new car should look. After the third time, all the specs and poor buffing residue from the initial waxing was removed. The staff is friendly but the after the sale time spent at the dealership took the fun out of buying a new vehicle.
