I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of customer service I received. Everyone was very hospitiable and I received folllow up calls to rate my experience (not for sales pressure). I even received $300 off my purchase for completing a survey. My skeptical side was prepared for a "bait & switch" or a long day of haggling. Neither occurred. I merely stated my financial requirements and they were met within minutes. My sales associate (Ace Antoine) was phenomenal! He was patient and actually listened to my wants and concerns. Salesmen at other dealers addressed my husband as if HE made MY decisions (which infuriated me). From our initial meeting, Ace addressed me, with no pressure, and sold me the exact car I wanted. He even took time (AFTER the sale) to demonstrate all the features of my new car. Phillip Stancil in finance was awesome as well. He made sure I received the rate and price I desired. I wish all dealerships would follow their example!

Everybody was friendly, energetic and the atmosphere was very upbeat. My salesperson (Ace Antonio), was on the ball. He got me the car that I wanted and it didn't take all day! I contacted him via web site on a thursday (we chatted at 2am in the morning! lol) and on Saturday I went in to meet him, a few hours later, Badaboom Badabing, I rolled out in my brand new Sante Fe!

I enjoy my car. It is nice and people seem to think it is the best looking hyundai they have ever seen. Very happy i bought it.

For the second time I brought my Hundai in for a recall and because of a previous problem I asked the service dept to verify that the part I required was in stock prior to making the appointment. They assured me they had it. Once again I arrived and was told that the part was not there. Once could be called a mistake but twice???? I will never do business with this dealer again.
