I felt rushed through the whole process and I felt like they did not meet me on my wants and needs. I was called several times prior to getting the deal done but after that was done and I needed something, no one could be reached. No one returned my calls. No a good way to treat your customers.

I cannot say enough kind words about Rick Case in Duluth, maybe my telling you this is my 3rd Hyundai in (4) years from Rick Case can give you a clue. The sales team was very knowledgeable and did not pressure me at all. Ask for Hamilton and Sky they took their time with me and answered all of my questions. Ms.Tammy and the service team is like no other. I relocated here from Chicago and had my Mazda serviced with Rick Case, I was so satisfied with the service I decided early on when I was in the market for a new vehicle, Rick Case would be my ONLY choice. I would highly recommend this dealership, and specifically, Richard Williams and Dale Allen. I was very pleased every step of the way. The Sales Managers were also very pleasant to work with. I was prepared for a headache and they made everything flow smoothly.

I had issues with another Hyundai dealer.Called Rick Case and spoke with Chelsea she went to the lot verified they had the color and stock number. Then spoke with Chris he assured me they will take care of me. Bryan got involved he was the GM. I didn't know it. I brought a 2015 Sante fe from Malcolm Cunningham hyundai Horrible Experience. I returned the car and bought from Rick case Great Experience and Better rate overall it was Superfantastic. My sales per person Hamilton was awesome as well. Everyone was on the same team of customer satisfaction and you don't find this everywhere. I can't leave out Josh in finance explained everything clearly. I had the WOW experience! !!
