There's a reason I'm a repeat customer

This was my second purchase from Rick Case. I returned because of the amazing customer service and will again. I tell all my friends what a great experience I had. Hamilton listened to my needs, noted my wants and worked hard to stay within my budget. He was funny and efficient. I walked away with more car than I expected based on my budget. Dale and Philip were fabulous and got me a great rate on a new car. I came in looking for a used car, I drove out with a brand new Elantra with all the features I was looking for in a used for less than I expected to pay for a certified preowned!

Made a supposed to be terrifying experience truly wonderfu!

I would first like to thank Mr. Darrow Moore. He truly made the whole car buying experience very bearable and pleasant. His demeanor for the entirety of the sale/purchase exchange was kind, pleasant, and extremely professional. I was in terrible need of a car, and had to purchase one THAT weekend. He worked extremely hard to get the car I desired at an excellent price. It wasn't only while I was at the dealership that he worked hard either. He worked around the clock to collaborate with his staff to help me with exactly what I needed. And like I said before, I was terrified and absolutely dreading the whole process. But Darrow, and the Rick Case Hyuandi team, made me feel comfortable and at ease. ALSO, I absolutely LOVE my new Hyundai Elantra GT. It's absolutely terrific.

It was great until the 2 hour wait to pay; in cash

I made an online appointment, and was confirmed by E'Lexus DeLeon. I was met at the dealership by Joel Hamilton who gave me a great test drive. The sales manager, whose name escapes me, was good with getting my trade in looked at , and made a fair offer. Then the wait began,. I realize that it was a Saturday, and I knew some of the wait was to get the Used Car i bought cleaned and ready to go, but, seriously. I WAS THERE FOR 4 HOURS, and was paying cash. That is the reason for the 3 stars in overall experience.

5 Cars - 5 Stars - AWESOME!

We just purchased our 5th car from Rick Case Hyundai where we requested and were rewarded with our once-again 5-star salesman, Mike Green. Mike finds out what you want and gets it and then he goes beyond your expectations with excellent care and knowledge. I highly recommend Rick Case Hyundai - for both sales and service - but be sure to ask for Mike when buying - He's the best! You'll become a repeat customer too!

Rick case hyundai duluth

I came in worried about my check engine light on. I was greeted the minute I pulled into the dealership by a nice gentleman named Tony Park. He not only calmed me down, but got my car in quickly and come to find out my gas cap was loose.- Boy did I feel silly, Tony never once made me feel uncomfortable and actually told me that happens all the time. I appreciate the friendly manner in which Tony took care of me and I will definately be back to Rick Case Hyundai Duluth for all my servicing needs.
