Best service experience I've ever had!
This was my first visit to Rick case hyundai as I just moved to the area. I didn't have an appointment but it didn't matter. Tammy greeted me in the service drive and got me taken care of right away. They made me feel like a long term customer that had been going there for years. Tammy was very knowledgeable and personable and from this point forward will be the only person to take care of my vehicle. I will be in the market for a new hyundai in the next few months and because of Tammy and her friendly staff I wouldn't consider buying from anywhere else. Thank you so much for the great experience!

It's always a pleasure when you walked through the door
I've purchased six new vehicles ranging from an Elantra to the Genesis Coupe. Each experience was hassle free. Each deal was in my best interest and I've always felt like I was treated with respect each time. When you come to Rick Case you don't get haggled by a hungry salesman, but informed on making a wise car purchasing decision from a friend. When it comes to service, the service team is top notch! They get you in and out very quickly. Don't want to sit and wait? No problem, they have a shuttle to take you to the nearby mall or to get a bite to eat while your vehicle is getting serviced. Two thumbs up! Maybe two toes up too!

Unfortunately a very bad review
Unfortunately I have had a very bad experience with Rick Case Hyundai. I purchased a certified Ford Fusion from them almost two months ago and so far it has been a nightmare. When purchasing the vehicle Richard and then general manager Jay Scott agreed that they would replace a tire on the vehicle due to tread. I signed a form that said they owe me a new tire and there was never an expiration date discussed. After spending several hundred dollars to fix the AC and passenger panel I decided to visit them about replacing the tire. In what was my worst customer experience I can remember, Casey condescendingly tried to explain that the tire agreement was no longer valid because the previous manager never signed the form and it had been 30 days. I asked if it was my responsibility for the manager to sign the form to which Casey said "no, but that manager isn't here anymore so I wish I could help you." I don't understand how they can stiff me over a $100-150 tire when they agreed to it and I spent 16k on the car less than two months ago (not to mention the cars current failures). When I was leaving Casey also shoved his business card in my face. How mature is that?! I wish this could've been a good review, but so far it has been a terrible experience and I dont hope to go back.

Great first impression
This was my first time shopping for a new car. The other dealerships I had visited that day were very pushy in their attempts to make a sale, which ultimately was a deciding factor for me to go elsewhere. This dealership was very easy going and pressure free. My salesperson was very accommodating and explained all the features, pros, and cons of each model that I looked at. There was a small hiccup in signing over my title, but Iba and the dealership manager were able to resolve it quickly. Thank you, I really enjoy my 2015 Sonata!

A Forever Fan
We had a very good experience at Rick Case Hyundai in Duluth. We worked with sales associate Rahsaan Huger. Rahsaan was extremely patient, friendly and responsible. At no point did we feel pressured or hurried. He continued to make certain that all of our questions were answered and our needs were met through each step of the process. Even after the sale was completed, he continued to make certain that we were comfortable and informed during all steps of the process until we were out the door with our perfectly detailed new car. During the process we found that Daniel Kidd was an additional friendly and helpful sales person. It is refreshing to see that the Rick Case Hyundai employees work to support each other and not to win sales or outdo each other. Daniel was quick to offer to check on car availability and to bring cars from the lot to the sales center for us to see so that our sales associate Rahsaan could have uninterrupted time with us to answer questions and help us better understand car options, etc. We also had the pleasure of meeting and talking to General Manager CeDaniel Sumpter. He took a considerable amount of time to talk to us and to ensure that our needs were met and our questions were answered. We will continue to return to this dealership for service on our new car and for any future car purchases.

Great team and very good pricing!
I had a very good buying experience with the team from Rick Case Hyundai. Everyone I encountered was polite and helpful, and they were even very nice to my little boys that I had with me the majority of the time. I was there to see a specific car I'd seen online, and it was just as advertised. Darrow was very personable and professional, and he never employed any high-pressure, sales tactics. They gave us a very fair price on the car and a generous valuation on our trade, so we ended up with the car we wanted at a great price. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely do business with them, again.
