Best Experience Yet!!

Mr. Park was able to get the job done for me quickly, efficiently, and with a great attitude. I had a limited amount of time to work with and I walked in, told him what I wanted, and 2 hours later I was out the door. I hope my next vehicle purchase is with him and easy like the first. Buying experience

A recent accident that totaled my car left me in the position that I twas not looking forward to. That is going to the car dealership and going back and forth witht the used car salesman. Well to my surprise.my experience at Rick Case with RL Williams was far from that. my wife and I were both pleasantly surprised by the relaxed manner for which we were approach. RL really listened to our needs and narrowed down our selection to the right amount of vehicles. His non pushy approach was really appreciated. his knowledge of the product lines and the way he explained the overall process was welcomed. Thank you form his approach and for having such a valued associate. I have already advised several of my friends about the value at Rick Case and more importantly the attentiveness of the sales staff. My overall experience from GM CeDaniel to RL, to Phillip in Finance and Tammy is Service has influenced my decision to complete this survey. Well done team!! RD

Car purchase

I don't usually like car dealerships because it usually takes hours and hours but this time I had a different experience. Darrow Moore was very nice, professional, timely. It truly was a great experience purchasing a car from Hyundai. Overall, everyone that I encounted was great.

When a Service Department goes above and beyond, its A+++

Its a strong statement when someone or even I say that I had the best experience ever at a service department. Let me sum it up. I took my 2009 Hyundai Genesis into the service department to have a brake pedal issue where it goes to the floor before it engages. The car is out of warranty by 13months and only had 32k miles. They found the problem to be an ABS pump, new the part costs $5000+, remanufactured the cost is less but still repairs were over $2000. I initially did not want to do the repairs as I didn't want to sink that much into a car that wasn't worth more than $15k to me, I was going to consider just trading it in for something else. So I declined the repairs and went home. Less than 1hr later, Tammy (service manager) called me to tell me that my Service Advisor Lijo talked to her about how the ABS pump was bad, and how its unsafe to drive and I declined the repairs due to cost. Tammy then explained to me they called Hyundai USA and managed to get the entire repair done at NO COST to me. They were so concerned with my safety that they asked me to return the car immediately to the dealership and put me in a loaner until the repairs are done. Now tell me that isn't service? Tell me that isn't concern for someone's safety and tell me that isn't going above and beyond? That is truly why this was the best experience Ive had ever at a Service Department. Thank you Lijo Kurian and Tammy Baker!

Tammy Baker is "THE GREATEST SERVICE MANAGER OUT THERE". I have to give an ENORMOUS SHOUT OUT to her! Every time I go there for service on my vehicle, she makes a customer's experience feel like an awesome friendship in the making. I can easily see this happening with any customer that comes into contact with her! Thank you Tammy!!!

Now & Forever A Loyal Customer

I have to start this review with a huge THANK YOU and BRAVO !!! to the service department at Rick Case Hyundai of Duluth. I was one of those truly reluctant chic's to take my car to " the dealership".......it all started when I was 6 months pregnant, I pull into my school parking lot to greet my lovely students for the day and my vehicle will not go into park...ugh , not exactly what I was ready for ..after calling and yelling at my hubby like it was his fault ( sorry babe ) , he calms me and tells me to drive to the dealership near our house. I head over to Rick Case and drive in the service bay , I am immediately greeted by Tammy and instantly feel like I had just pulled into my sister's garage she was so sweet and kind to me at my time of despair. Tammy hears my plight and immediately takes over the situation ( not my sister's normal older sisterly ways.....sorry Gail ) she helps me out , gets my 2 year old and walks us in to the waiting area. I am asked while I'm waiting if I need anything to drink, eat, if I need cartoons on for my son etc... I am immediately relaxing and breathing a sigh of relief. As I sit and wait I am nervous that all this special care will $$ cost me in the end...ugh... when the service team was completed I was more than happy !!! The cost did not break the bank at all and the most important part was I NEVER FELT like they were taking advantage of me or just trying to get more money out of me. I can honestly say I will never ever go anywhere else !!! I am sold on Rick Case Hyundai !!!!! For all those " don't go to the dealer people "..........Your missing out Rick Case Hyundai in new age terms is AMAZEBALLS !!!!!!

Best service experience ever.

The person handled my service made me aware of a free recall instantly and told me it would be taken care of. He also saved me money on my visit and went out of his way to get me a refund on my last visit. All the while he had a smile on his face and seemed happy to be there and happy to help. Will definitely be returning for all my future services.

High quality work timely maner
