I came into the service dept frustrated and confused about what needed to be done to run diagnostics and do repairs on my Hyundai. Tony, as difficult as I probably was to work with, remained very calm, friendly and most of all extremely accommodating and helpful. He spoke to my husband, explained everything I didn't understand and then set up a shuttle so I could go grab lunch. After evaluating my vehicle, etc Tony came back and explained that my car needed to be kept for repairs and also let me know he set up a rental car for me. I couldn't have asked for a more patient service rep and will make certain to ask for him every time I go back in the future.

I worked with Darrow Moore when purchasing my new Hyundai Sonata. He was very pleasant and easy to work with. I thought I would have to spend all day at the dealership but it was actually a quick process. I told him what I was looking for, he found the car, we test drove, and he explained all the bells and whistles, paperwork and we were done. The finance manager I worked with was Dale Allen. He was very personable and explained all the financing in detail. I highly recommend anyone who is buying a Hyundai to visit Rick Case.

Tammy in the service center is amazing! She not only takes care of my car but my sisters car as well and she makes sure the job is done correctly. I have never been to a dealership and received this type of service from the service department. Excellent experience with Tammy, ALWAYS!

I understand that he might have to go over the same documents over and over again everyday with each customer, but I expect that we still get a explaination what each document is about. He went through very quickly with our paperwork. I supposed it took less than 5 mintues, and we were out of that door. Overall, it was not a good experience. Hopes he will do a better job on the customer.

I got a great deal at Rick Case Hyundai! They were very nice, straight to the point. I bought a new Elantra and Kwang was very helpful. He and Chris helped me on getting an amazing price on my lease, much better than any offers I got in other places for exactly the same price!! Don't even waste your time (like I did) going to the other Hyundai dealerships - if you are looking for the best deal - go there!! Friendly place and the best deal around!
