Abraham and Jerry Are the best.

Abraham and Jerry Are the best. They were honest, patient, knowledgeable and very friendly. I am extremely happy with my car, and the overall experience. I am sure AutoNation has many excellent sales agents, but I can only vouch for Abraham and Jerry.

One says amount financed $53,974.81, another says base value $48,325, STILL ANOTHER says unpaid balance of cash price of $49,782.38, and THE total sale price is $66,181.80!!!!! So my payments are $1,103.03....and yes I plan to put a LARGE AMOUNT down when I get my first invoice in however my payments will remain THAT HIGH each month until the rest of the ridiculous additional mysterious costs are paid off. It isn't going to go down and refinance itself with a "delayed down payment". I am really bummed because I had proof I was good credit (over 801). I had proof I would show up with the down payment the next morning, but I was forced and rushed into financing an ENTIRE truck THAT MOMENT and now I'm SCREWED (pretty much). "Just so I could take it home today..." Y'all don't have a 24 hour test drive to where I could have been there at 8 am the next morning to give you the cash and finish the paperwork??? I would have left my car and keys, my post dated check and you BET I would have shown up the next day, but NOOOOO y'all had to have it then and there, right? And in the end I'm screwed. On the inventory bookout sheet it says value adjustments there too - how is this HONEST???

Not a good experience

I scheduled my truck for an oil change and a recall service on 2/21. At that time only the oil change was done and I was told that parts needed to be ordered for the recall. The truck had not been washed, a technician told me that with Ford you have to ask for a wash. I was told I would be called when the parts came in. I was never called. Towards the end of March I called to check on the parts. I was told they were in and an appointment to install them was scheduled for April 4th. When I arrived with my truck, the representative didn't know that my parts were in. He searched for 30 minutes until he was told that they were in fact in. I was told the procedure would be done by April 6th and that with this recall I was not entitled to a loaner car. On April 7th in the morning, I contacted my service representative to check on the status of my vehicle. He told me he didn't know that the bed liner of my truck needed to be removed in order to do the service. He asked when I needed the vehicle by. I told him I needed the vehicle as soon as possible. He told me it would be ready either on Monday or Tuesday. On Monday I contacted him, he said that it would be done later that day. When it was ready, I responded that I wanted the truck washed and that I needed the shuttle service. He did not respond to my text, therefore I called in. The shuttle service came for me. When I received my truck, it had not been cleaned on the inside and the bedliner wasn't placed back on correctly. Later I found that it had also encountered hail damage while it was there. I've had 3 Mazda's in the last 8 years. The service at Mazda is professional, there is a lot of communication and I never have to ask for my car to be cleaned. I didn't feel like I received the same treatment at the AutoNation Ford servicing department.

Only out for $$$ and not willing to work with you

I have a paid off car and I don't need to treat myself to another vehicle. CarMax is more honest than this BS.

Had an issue with my 2020 F-150 , with only 12,000 miles.

Had an issue with my 2020 F-150 , with only 12,000 miles. The low tone horn malfunctioned . Contacted Brandon at your Service Department and was advised that my truck was still in warranty. Brandon was very knowledgeable and professional. Now I receive a Recall Letter on my Wife's 2015 Edge Titanium for Rear Suspension Issues and he has taken care of that as well. It is a pleasure to deal with a company that places it's Customer First.
