Service was great!
Service was great! Brad and Stephen communicated promptly. Brad was my advisor but when I needed information, his team mate Stephen(Steven) was willing to take time to get me the answered I needed and didn't brush me off and make me wait. Thanks for the team work. Vehicle was in an out with in 2 days. They only kept it as long as the needed to. Great job!

I bought my F250 from another dealer and have always
I bought my F250 from another dealer and have always taken it back there for service, but when my engine light came on, I called for service and was told they would need it at least a week! I decided to call AutoNation in Katy. Brandon Diaz said “come in tomorrow and I’ll try to finish in the same day”. He did not disappoint! I even requested some major maintenance be completed as well. Not only was the service fast, it was much closer to my home! Brandon called me a few days later to make sure it was all running smoothly. Great work!

In general this is a fair place to take your car and get
In general this is a fair place to take your car and get serviced if you want. On other side the service could better, I’m encouraging the mechanic to be more job performance lover because the item at the bottom of my truck was not cleaned after the maintenance, there was a small quantity of oil there that I had to clean when I got home, if you want a prove of it, you may contact me as I take picture of it. Staff, mechanic and manager, please keep in mind that your great work will be always the best flyer, the more commitment with your job will turn in more client satisfaction.
