I took my 2022 F150 into the service department.
I took my 2022 F150 into the service department. I am have several problems (air conditioner randomly stops cooling, the monitor/screen randomly just shuts off while driving then comes back on….kind of like it is rebooting) that seem to be related to computer issues. After calling the service department and making an appointment, the service person seemed like he had never heard of this type of problems. He said if it is not doing it while it is there, there is nothing they can do about it. This os the 2nd time I am bringing it back for the problem. I informed him that all he needs to do is look on the F150 forums and he will find that a lot of people are having the same issues and that of the ones that have been fixed, it was a computer issue. After leaving my vehicle at the service department for 2 days, I called to check on it since no one has called me. I was informed that it will be another few days because they haven’t had time to look it. 2 days and it hasn’t been looked at? I informed them that I can’t go without a vehicle for any more days. They told me that I can come get the vehicle. Absolutely pathetic service.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Carl Robbins went the extra mile to show me the car that I was interested in by driving me to where they were so I could see all of them and choose from there. He knew that I did not want to finance and did not try to talk me into it, I respect that. He answered all of my questions and was very helpful.

I picked up my vehicle and recall repairs and it stopped
I picked up my vehicle and recall repairs and it stopped on my in the middle of I-10 four days later. Now it requires “uncovered” repairs and I have been waiting over 48 hours for a diagnosis.
