They had the best price around for a new Ford F-150.

They had the best price around for a new Ford F-150. No haggling and it was overall a pleasant experience. Not a lot of high pressure. No crazy markups. They did not make their 1-hr goal to get me in and out, but they were still good about it. Beat my bank's financing by a mile.

I had a great experience buying my 2023 F150 King Ranch.

I had a great experience buying my 2023 F150 King Ranch. I worked with Demi Williams in Sales and he was excellent - very knowledgeable on all features of the truck, responsive to my questions, easy to communicate with, and just an overall nice guy. Jason Klein in Finance was great in explaining all the warranty options and helped me pick items that would give me the coverage I wanted down the road. The dealership GM Ryan Laskowski even checked in on me to make sure everything was going well with my purchase. Highly recommend AutoNation Ford and the team I worked with!

Great Service From Autonation Katy

My sync navigation was not working. Autonation Katy repaired it the same day I brought it in and also replaced a windshield wiper motor recall!

Even though they ensured me my vehicle was safe and the

Even though they ensured me my vehicle was safe and the fan was doing its job they did not look into what was causing the fan to all of a sudden over work. I did not appreciate the final comment that maybe I just didn’t hear it before. When I reschedule another appointment for the same issue next week maybe I should send my husband in who never drives my car but perhaps would know more than me just by being male.
