Great service, patient and informative

I haven't bought a car since 2004. Our sales rep, Pratik Patel, was very informative and never pressured at all. That was a relief after my last purchase, especially since I took weeks looking. Got a 2012 Clubman, British racing green, 9k miles, automatic, leather sport seats-heated:) It's loaded with features; about everything you can get except turbo, sunroof and navigation. We love it, our first mini; and my son just got his learners, lucky him I had to learn in a massive Ford Ltd station wagon

Excellent Experience

My wife and I went to Orlando mini because we had seen a car online that we liked. When we got there their service reps were so helpful and patient. We found my wife's dream car. Their pricing was no haggle and he ever threw in a few extras that would not have been included with the car. It was a great experience and I would definitively shop at Orlando mini again.

Mini Car, Major Happy

I have been looking for a small, fun, fuel-efficient car for several months now and couldn find the right combination. I finally came to Orlando Mini and got everything I was looking for. I was particularly pleased with the knowledgeable, yet relaxed, product demonstration from Jim Lentini. He was personable and easy to work with. His familiarity with the brand was extensive and he acted like a true professional. He represents your company very well. The dealership was an exciting place to visit with a great selection of inventory both new and used. I also was impressed with the modern facility with all of its amenities and luxurious surroundings. To be honest, I felt like I was buying a much more expensive vehicle. They really treat customers to a terrific experience. From the initial sales consultation, to the test drive, finance to delivery, the process went off without a hitch. I left the dealership feeling like a king. It's funny, even if I had not been looking for a Mini Cooper, I would have been hard pressed to leave without one after this superb buying experience.
