We had a great experience at Norm Reeves Honda and much had to do with Alex Santos, our sales person. From the beginning Alex was personable, very knowledgeable and pleasant. We were informed and shown the model and all questions were answered. We looked at another brand, but decided that the Honda HRV EXL was the right car. Ray in Finance was easy to work with and the deal was right. This dealership makes the car buying experience enjoyable! No game playing, just straight talk. Highly recommend.
