Northside Lexus

We really enjoyed our experience of purchasing our new GX460 from Northside Lexus. Nang Ha really helped us make the perfect decision. We've never owned a Lexus, but we're very happy with our decision. I’m also pleased at how Nang took care of us from the minute we stepped into the door, to the minute we drove out. We've purchased several new vehicles in the past and I must say, this has been the best experience hands down in buying a new vehicle from a dealership. I bought the car with cash and it took the same amount of time to check out getting a loan?

It took me almost two years to decide the vehicle I intended to purchased. After visiting several dealers, including another Lexus dealership in Houston, I immediately felt welcome and knew this would be my last stop. I received financing prior to my coming to the dealership, knowing that pressure sales are a turn-off for me. Nick was a perfect gentleman; kind, polite and showed Christian values. Being able to see and read the scriptures he displays on his desk during each my visit gave me a sense of peace, knowing that I wasn't dealing with a salesperson, but someone who actually cared about me.

My only concern is that, after a few weeks, I realized I don’t know anything about my warranty, nor how long I have the free subscription for my Lexus enform app. It’s been awhile since I’ve owned a Lexus, so I’m sure the warranty and subscription has changed since COVID. I think for the price of a luxury vehicle, the app subscription should be included at all times as long as people own the vehicle. Regardless, I’m happy with my decision, and I’m also pleased at how Mark took care of us from the minute we stepped into the door, to the minute we drove out. Also, please bring back the fresh baked cookies and other snacks! That was the one thing I was looking forward to when visiting Northside Lexus… especially for an expecting mama! Spending a whole day at the dealership, we need snacks!
