The customer service was excellent. Everyone was polite and respectful. My service guy was wonderful. Steve was a pleasure to work with. I only spent about two hours on this.

Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Both John and Jesse were easy to work with. My only recommendation is to have a system in place that notifies your customers status of an incoming automobile. Maybe a monthly update. Jeff in finance was very professional and extremely good at his job. My bet is he makes the dealership a small fortune! We look forward to a long relationship with Northside Lexus!
