Randy Covert was very professional and courteous. He was always pleasant, even though I know getting into that back seat was difficult! If I needed another vehicle, I would ask for Randy. Doug Gilmer from the finance department worked his tail off to get the deal completed. My Bank of America preapproval was giving him problems, but he kept working with them and got it done. Thanks to both! Others pitched in to help when Randy or Doug were busy, and that shows a great team.
