Outstanding experience working with Larry Kidd. Not being from Houston, I asked for an out the door price over the phone, something that he sent over to me within 5 minutes. Had an agreed upon price before driving in from out of town. No extra hassle. 10/10 would work with him again.

Our experience at Northside Lexus was excellent in all ways. Victoria was very helpful and patient - she went out of her way to help us select the perfect vehicle and we absolutely love it. The whole purchasing process, from negotiating a price to working in the finance department, was streamlined, efficient, and zero stress. The dealership is beautiful - a classy and comfortable space filled with professional, unpretentious staff. I am actually looking forward to visiting for my service appointments and we have already discussed getting a second Lexus from Northside in a few years.
