Iwe just have to expressed how great was the services we received from Nortside lexus. Mr Donnie our sale person and Mr Mark financial ser services. They treat us with such great attitude and respect. If in the future we get another lexus we will not matter to drive from Richmond to Spring to get the great services they provided.

I have no idea who Needham Shotwell is.
I have no idea who Needham Shotwell is. My salesperson was Bobby Bosley, For Bobby, I would rate him 5 stars. There is no excuse to make someone who paid cash (via wire) to have to wait 45+ minutes to get into see the finance guy. This for sure was the longest wait I have ever had NSL from previous purchases. Not until I complained did anyone even come out to say something to me. Very disappointing and not what I expect from NSL. Once in finance, it went very smoothly, but at that point the entire process had already tainted my overall opinion.

Northside Lexus exceeded our expectations. They had tons of vehicles and had our exact features that we wanted for our vehicle. They made the buying process easy from start to finish. Our sales lady, Erica, was extremely helpful. She reached out after we inquired online about a vehicle and followed up several times before we came in. The day we arrived, she had the vehicle ready to go for our test drive and was knowledgeable and helpful. She made the process smooth and easy the entire time we were there.
