Our Northside Lexus experience was amazing! This was the first dealer we have been to that actually treated us like family and not just a customer or a number. The salesperson, Luis Ortega, took the time to understand our needs and wants and provided exactly what we were looking for. Luis was extremely knowledgeable, personable, patient and kind. At no point in time did we feel pressured to buy. Caleb Vario in Finance was extemely friendly when providing all the different financing options available. We were surprised the financing process went so smooth and fast. When we purchased our Lexus, we felt like we made the right decision on the perfect car for us.

Hector Villanueva is one of the best salespeople I have ever dealt with.
