My experience with Northside Lexus was "Hands Down"
My experience with Northside Lexus was "Hands Down" compared to other dealerships I've been to. Lewis Ortega was very helpful and very patient throughout the who process with helping me make the purchase of my IS 300 and the trade-in of my Honda Accord. He took the time to practically go over every detail, including explaining the operation of some of the features on the car. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy for me from beginning to end. My hat off also to Mason Wroten in Finance who made it a breeze and very easy to close on the deal!
