Wheel and tire repair. Work was done quick and good quality. Easy drop off and pick up. I could not be happier. I will return.

Great service experience, completed all serves in a timely manner. Charges was explained prior to service. Great service advisers and on time appointments with loaner car ready.

Service and sales are both great

A few years ago Harper's sales department gave me the best new car buying experience I've ever had. Since then I've been bringing the car back to Harper for service and have always been pleased with both the service and the price. The whole service experience is smooth and efficient, from the automatic wheel alignment check as I drive in, to the friendly, knowledgeable and non-pushy service writers, to getting back a clean, well-running car at the end. I've been spoiled for any other dealership.

Greedy Car Dealership

The experience was fine until I went back to purchase a pre-owned Acura RDX for full asking price. I own a small used car dealership and wanted to have the vehicle put in my car dealership business name because it will be a business car for me. If you want to buy a car from HARPER you can’t if you are a car dealer unless you want to pay $1,500 over asking price 😂 WHAT‼️ never in my life have I experienced this!!! I’ll go to either the auction or another ACURA dealer. Harper your policies are unfortunate and your sells team is less than par as we were immediately excused and not even walked out to the lobby. You literally couldn’t give me the car for free now because this policy is ridiculous and obviously a result of a very greedy man.

Quick and efficient service

Harper’s staff are always courteous and efficient, mindful of my time. The repairs are quick with no surprises when the work is done. Jim was especially easy to work with.
