Finance officer was rude, condescending, and insulting , he never responded to any messages about extended warranty. Worst of all, he was making inappropriate jokes.

Great dealership. Had tire issues while on a road trip they were able to help me immediately and got me back on the road really quickly. Michael and Juan in the service dept. went out of their way to find me a tire they didn’t even have in stock so it was ready when I arrived at the dealership. Great staff!!

Not trustworthy- Said write it up @11am- 3.5 to pick up the next-AM. called&emailed for deposit for 6.5 hours - sold it out from under me 4.5hrs later- Bad business. Kevin & Patrick

This review is dedicated to the ktmotor's service department, especially the manager-Andy (I might get the wrong name though). So after I bought my Audi from them in August I found that my HUD is unusable (cracked film from heat) and the rear wheels are a little bent (very hard to notice) from the previous owner hitting a pothole. Not gonna lie I was a bit upset finding out the wheel situation, so I called them up. The manager Ali and Billy were very apologetic and offered an immediate remedy for my problem. They booked me for an appointment with their service department manager Andy to have the car looked at. I brought my car over and Andy explained what they are going to do to solve the issues, they are going to call in wheel professionals with a special machine to straighten the wheels and replace the cracked film in the HUD unit. I then was given a loaner's car for the entire weekend holiday and I happily drove home. A couple of days later I went back to KT and found that they have not only fixed my wheels and HUD, they also cleaned up my car. I learned that they replace the entire HUD unit which costs around $800 and have two rear wheels straightened and all wheels balanced. I was charged $0, I honestly couldn't believe that. Billy and Ali explained that is their mistake not to find out about the wheels and HUD. I highly appreciated their way of doing business and maintaining great customer service. Also Andy rocks, he is young but very professional, I will definitely come back for regular maintenance and mods!!

Came in to replace brakes rotors and they explained in depth to me the benefits of other fluids that needed to be changed. They did not try to over-sell me on price and provided me a loaner with my service! 5 star experience!
