As we walked in, we felt already at home. We asked for Robby and he was not there. However, a young man by the name of Dennis was able to help us. We did not feel any pressure whatsoever to the point that we were wondering if the dealership wanted business or not- very different process than other places-. Our questions were answered. We decided on a car and we got a great deal. Ozkan was very helpful when it came to paperwork, we got our keys and we drove with a new toy. Process was simple, straight to the point, and efficient. We would higly recommend Michaels Auto for your next car shopping.

We had been looking online for a mid-2000's Mercedes SL55 AMG in a specific, hard to find color combination that was also in good shape with relatively low mileage and we found a 2006 that we were looking for at Michaels Autos. I read their reviews online and the vast majority were positive. Had they been bad, I wouldn't have bothered but I took the chance. I called them up and spoke with Dennis and I'm glad I did. Since they were 600 miles from our home, I worked with him over the phone to work out a deal and placed a deposit on the car. He was patient, answered all of my questions and responded to all of my communication in a timely manner. We flew to Orlando from North Carolina to inspect the car and ended up purchasing it. Dennis had truthfully represented the car and it was exactly has he had described. It was beautiful, well maintained and in excellent shape. They had fixed a few minor things on the car (trunk release mechanism, oil change, detailed engine, inside and outside) before purchase to make sure it was all in working order. He and the Michaels Auto team had the car ready for us and made the deal and paperwork go quickly and smoothly. They even kept it garaged for a couple of weeks until we could come pick it up. I feel like he went the extra mile to make this deal happen and treated us very nicely (even picked us up at the airport and bought us take out while we were doing the paperwork). We drove the car for a few days around Orlando and then back to NC without any issues. Used car dealerships get a bad rap and many for a good reason, but in my experience, Dennis and Michaels Autos are much better than the stereotypical used card dealer. I would not hesitate to purchase another car from Dennis or Michaels Auto.

Came to look at the 2010 Volkswagen CC I found online, the pictures didn't do it justice. Needless to say I left the lot with it. Excellent service! Great selection of quality cars on hand. Easy to work with sales team. Would do business with again.

I made verbal commitment on 11/15/13 to by a 08 BMW M5 for $41,900 out the door, from the internet sales rep Dennis over the telephone. While I was waiting to be fax a sales agreement, "management" sold the car from up under me the next day, because they made money on the financing and etc. Do not buy anything from Michaels Autos, they are not to be trusted. A verbal agreement means nothing to them. They will do anything for a dollar.

It's the classiest car I have ever seen and the way it drives is amazing. Oskan, the Finance Manager got me a really good rate and the Sales Mangager Armando showed me every option in the car. It has all the bells and whistles, its super clean, and the miles are low. This car is really in "like new" condition. It has that brand new car smell without the overrated brand new price$. I really like these guys at Michaels Autos and would refer anyone who asked me for a good dealer to go there.

I just have to say that my experience today at Michaels Autos was an absolute pleasure. The finance manager and sales manager went above and beyond my expectations. I went in to look for an older car and bought a beautiful Black Mercedes E-350. They were not only gentlemen understandable and accommodating to my financial needs/ worries - they took the time to explain (and show!) me why I should buy a newer vehicle . I am so happy to buy my dream car and loving it every moment. I could shout from the rooftops about how happy they and their services made me, I would! If you need a top quality vehicle from a trustworthy dealer with staff who knows their cars then Michael's Autos is the place for you ! The cars are super clean and in excellent condition, you can tell that only the best vehicles that are carefully inspected and selected end up on this lot. My vehicle is only a year old but looks and drives brand new for a fraction of the price than the dealership. I am super happy with my purchase, and I am glad I decided to go to Michael's Autos.

I went to Michaels Autos and dealt with Rami to get my beautiful Mercedes GL450. My car looks and drives like it is brand new. The manager and salesman were great at serving my needs. I expect I will be there again the next time I want to buy a car.
