Seven month's ago I purchase a Mercedes C230 at this location, the whole sales process was a great experience to me starting with the cleanliness of their office to the friendliness of the staff just followed by their professionalism that just made me feel so comfortable to trust their business. Their willingness and effort to get the deal done was like a fresh breath of air, in this poor sales market were customer service is hard to find.I decided to upgrade my car for more space and of course I wouldn’t trust any other place so I came back for a second great experience in witch Rami started helping me with his great knowledge of the product and friendliness followed by the Finance Manager with his outstanding professionalism. I had been looking for a 06/07 Volkswagen GTI for quite a while, and found that Michaels Autos had one for sale. The customer service there was exceptionally SUPERB, they helped answer all my questions thoroughly. They were very patient and helped get me a fair price. The GTI was super clean, just as they had described it, and really fun to drive. All in all, my experience with Michaels Autos was unparalleled. Ozkan was very helpful and a very friendly guy. The next day I came back to fix the astray of the car I bought from Michaels Autos, he showed and taught me most of the features of the car. He spared his busy time to teach me how to operate the navigation, bluetooth, and among other things. I will not hesitate to recommend other buyers to contact him because of his pleasant personality. Armando was a trip! He did not become unpatient with me even though I asked too many questions to get what I want. He was very persistent, but very professional to talk to. I don't think other buyers will have a problem with him because he always give you a space for hope to own the car that you want. Frank was also nice to talked to and very precised. He presented his business and made it happen. Rami was very helpful and informative. He explained to me a lot hings about the car and made me realized that the car that I bought is a great car.

Price was truly a good price, customer service was awesome every employee was happy to work with me. This was my first car after graduating from college, they understood what I could do and helped me get a great interest rate by graduating from college with a high GPA. Its been 7 months since the purchase of my lexus and it runs like a charm.
