I originally had a bad experience with Michaels Auto. After the manager heard about my experience he quickly contacted me and resolved all my issues. The customer service was great at first, however I am only giving it a 4 due to my bad experience with one of the staff members. They gave me a great price on the car and paid a great price for my trade in. It was hard for them to get me approved with the monthly payment amount I was requesting, but they managed to do it. Frank was very helpful and made me feel comfortable when I was buying the car. He wasn't too great with handling my compliant about some issues I had with the car, but thats when Roger came in and fixed everything. So all in all I'd recommend Mike's Auto and will more than likely be coming back to do business with them again.

I just purchased my 2nd vehicle from Michaels Auto, a beautiful 2008 BMW 335i w/just over 50,000 miles. The vehicle even came with an extended warranty from BMW that will cover it for another 50,000 miles. My 1st was a 2003 Acura CL Type-S which I purchased in 2005 and drove until recently. While I could not remember the salesmen that helped me out with my 1st purchase, I did recall that I had a great experience. Franco took excellent care of me this time around and made the entire sales process quick and painless. I’ve purchased several vehicles throughout the years, both at new car and used car dealerships, but I don’t see any reason why I would go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle from here on out. As long as Michaels Auto is in business they will have a loyal customer. I will be referring friends and family without hesitation. Thanks Franco!

I would recommend anyone to purchase a car from Michael's auto in Orlando. The customer service was amazing and Hakim, who I personally delt with was very nice. He did everything he could to help us out and make sure we found a vehicle best for our situation. He was friendly and is an awesome salesman. He did not make us wait for any services and was extremly fast and to the point!

I was referred to Michaels Autos by a friend who had purchased a car from them last year. He had a lot of good things to say about them so I thought I would give them a shot. My credit was a little bruised up, but I had a decent down payment, which I knew I needed since I was in the market for a late model BMW or Mercedes. I went on their website, www.mikeauto.net, and picked out a couple of cars that I liked and that I thought would fit my budget. Their selection was pretty impressive, I thought, and the website had a lot of pictures and information. The next day, I decided to stop in during my lunch break and take a look and maybe test-drive the cars I had selected the night before. I also wanted to discuss financing and payment options. I was greeted and assisted by Frank, who later introduced me to Oscar, the finance manager. From beginning to end, they both were outstanding in every way. I did not once feel pressured or intimidated, and they both actually took the time to listen to my needs and understand my situation. Minutes after submitting a credit application, Oscar got me a couple of approvals from their lenders. Mind you, I was still on my lunch-break, so I paid a deposit to hold the car and came back the next day with a recent pay-stub and the rest of my down payment. I am now the owner of a 2008 BMW 335i from Michaels Autos. And thanks to Frank and Oscars hard work and dedication, the overall experience was excellent, quick and painless. I would recommend Michaels Autos, without hesitation, to anyone in the market for a used car, especially a late model import.

I was in the market to buy a truck and ran across a Nissan Titan at Michael's. I looked at it, but being dark, I wanted to come back during the daytime, so I made an appointment with the sales rep to come back on Saturday which was two days later. I get to Michael's, and not only was the sales rep not there, neither is the truck! Apparently Douglas failed to mention he wouldn't be there on his day off. I'm not necessarily mad that they sold the truck to somebody else because that happens... what I am really mad at was that I did not even get a courtesy call, and in the absence of said courtesy call, I wasted my time which could have been spent elsewhere. But thanks to Michael's... I know I don't have to worry about going back to waste more time. :) I really hate having to make an impulse decision, especially on a major purchase, but if you go to Michael's, you might want to be ready to buy your vehicle that day. I have bought 3 vehicles from Michaels Auto in the past 3 years, nothing but positive experiences. I would recommend this dealership, fast service, great cars and reasonable prices. Plus it has a great website. Matias
