Customer service at its best

I am living California. Initially i was skeptical about buying vehicle remotely as communications with previous remote dealer always seem a bit off until I met Eric. I only sent a short message through the website and Eric kind of read through me, and sent me the walk through video of truck that exactly matches my request within hours, this is best internet car shop experience I have so far. Pricing wise, Eric offer the pricing and financing deal that meet my expectation and I don't think any dealers in CA can beat that pricing. I further discovered some quality issue when the truck was delivered. With Eric's professional pre-delivery walk through video, I am able to got all issues covered which I initially thought would be hard to prove that issue was there before delivery. I definitely will come back for my next truck purchase, and highly recommended to buy any ford/licoln vehicle there that CA dealer charge premium on. And CA residents should be able to get the best pricing on other ford vehicle there as well if you don't mind buying out of state.

I didn't expect to leave with a car...

This was my last hope and I wasn't getting nowhere on getting newer car until I came to Camelback Ford Lincoln. MyKoal was really helpful and respectful. With his help I got to take my new car home that night. Thank you.

A Blessing in disguise.

I was hoping on a particular car but was given something more qualified for and newer. I was blessed in even having more than fairness with a down payment option. At the end they helped us leave as happy customers.

Our sales guy Mike was great! He was very nice and not pushy like other salesmen. I told him exactly what we needed and our budget. Mike gets 5 stars from us. The reason why I deducted one star is because of the manager named Matthew. He was was the typical sales manager we hate dealing with. When we were ready to make a deal I noticed there were added “options” fees for $1,377. This was for a $195 door edge guards, $195 nitrogen kit, $95 wheel locks, $495 window tints, $397 zaktek (paint protection). None of these were added to the car yet but they were going to make us pay to have it added. I told him we are on a very tight budget and these are add ons we did not need and will put us above our budget. He made it sound like we didn’t have an option and I told him he’s forcing us to put add ons we don’t want and his response was I’m not forcing you to buy the ‘car’. He also proceeded to say other dealerships do this and we told him the last car we bought from Earnhardt did not tack on fees like this and his response was to then go buy a car from them. He was very rude and unreasonable. Our conversation was not going anywhere so I immediately requested to speak to his manager. We met with Corey and he helped us get to where we needed with our budget. He listened to my concerns and he worked with us without making rude comments like Matthew did. If camelback ford wants customers to have a great experience I think they need to get rid of rude people like Matthew. I almost left after his comments and I think most people would have.

Not your traditional sales experience

I was contacted by Eric after a inquiry. From the time I arrived till the time I left Eric was patient and was amazing helping us find our new vehicle and working hard overcoming with neg. Equity. Him and the management was very accommodating and explained everything, they were helping us come up with the best options. Keep up the amazing work and use Eric for all your needs.
