Pre sale pretty nice.

Pre sale pretty nice. Store is nice. Watch out for shady finance guy if your pre approved with outside financing cuz he will not tell you that he is going to finance you with tfs for lot higher rate and will be dismissive if you try to ask questions. I'm the end I bought the car and will now have to go back to my credit union to do a refinance loan instaef of a car loan....and they ran 6 hard inquiries on my profile bringing my score down a bit which I don't appreciate. Reached out to sales guy Ozzie and 3 days later no reply , nice post sale service

Kaela did an amazing job.

Kaela did an amazing job. She made us feel comfortable with our purchase. We ended up buying a car from out of state which meant we had to have it shipped. She made the shipping process easy and kept me in the loop and up to date on my cars progress

This dealership is a fraud.

This dealership is a fraud. They are not Toyota. They have no integrity. They did a bait and switch on Cash sale. We double checked the The sticker in the window with the remainder of the warranty and then when we went to pay, they tried to sell us a warranty and said the car is as is. They do with smiley face. Be leery of dealing with unethical people they do not take pride in what they do or they do not own their mistakes. Go somewhere else.

Took my 80k Sienna in for routine maintenance since I had

Took my 80k Sienna in for routine maintenance since I had a road trip planned the following week. like the convenience of quick one-day service but knew I’d pay a little more than my regular mechanic. Got a text that my routine services would cost $247 (fine), but also an extensive list (and video with the mechanic pointing out parts of my engine that were at risk and needed replaced) for a grand total of $16,000. (You read that right). My scam flag went up immediately and I paid my $250 and went to a third party/certified mechanic who checked my car item by item on the Toyota list - none of those repairs were needed except ONE (the axles) and even that one wasn’t urgent. Bottom line - all trust is lost in Toyota AutoNation/Irvine. Either they have one bad/dishonest mechanic trying to hit a quota/be impressive, or the whole service department is running a scam when they perceive an opportunity- either way, I won’t be around to find out. I’m done.

Worst experience I’ve had.

Worst experience I’ve had. My moonroof shattered unexpectedly I was told it was hit by a rock even though there was no point of contact. The service department ordered the wrong piece gave me the quoted price, called me the next day and told me it was going to cost me 1000$ more than the initial price because they ordered the wrong piece. I brought it to the dealership with the assumption they know cars. It was just a money scam. Will never purchase from another autonation again.
