Chris Ward at Autonation Toyota was amazing! He helped us find a Prius 2024 LE in the color we wanted. He was persistent in his search, communicated often and was both honest and transparent through the whole process. 100% would work with him again! Also, really happy with our finance guy, Mark! This is the second vehicle I have purchased here and I really love their customer service. My sales guy Eric was amazing and super down to earth. My experience was more like hanging out talking about trucks. There is always going to be that sales element when working with a dealership but at least at Toyota Irvine it feels a lot more genuine. I will continue to buy my vehicles here!
