I had no problem with Katie.
I had no problem with Katie. However I was not happy that supposedly my brakes were checked the first time was car was in and they were marked as " good " on the service report printed out. The next time my brakes were checked with the vehicle not being driven all winter they sent me a video stating I need new front brakes ! Also, I understand this car wash thing is for customer curtesy, but my car was washed and waxed the day before it was brought in and was spotless, it was ran through the car wash anyway and was dripping wet and in worse shape than when I dropped it off !! Might be a good idea not to run every car in sight through the car wash just for the xxxx of it !!

I just purchased a 2023 F150. Everyone at Bouche was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. They made my purchase super easy and enjoyable without getting gouged on price. I would definitely recommend these guys. Joe and Jeff were my two contacts but I don't think you can go wrong with anyone.
