Thank you for the 2020 RAV4 Toyota

I should have came here in the first place, I went to hyundai oxendale and it was not a answer straight forward. Plus Toyota does a blind appraisal so that was pretty cool, because I constantly busy 24/7.

Found the car of my dreams

Ed Albright helped me find the car of my dreams. RAV4 hybrids are hard to get in this area - and he found the perfect one for me. Start to finish was a very easy process. Bonus - I can swing by Findlay Toyota and they will wash and vacuum the car whenever it needs it.

Outstanding Experience with Findlay Toyota

I had the pleasure of working with Dustin Donahue at Findlay Toyota. At the time of my purchase i had been shopping at dealerships across the country for an FJ Cruiser. Without a doubt, it was Dustin's outstanding customer service, courteous contact and prompt reply to my requests that lead me to decide that Dustin and Findlay Flagstaff was the dealear ship i decided to work with. I particularly appreciated a video where he filmed all the areas of the vehicle that were critical to my decision to travel. The car was exactly as advertised - it is everything that i had hoped. The price was very fair and working with the finance department was painless.Dustin even suggested taking the train to Flagstaff and provided numerous suggestions for testing out the off road capabilities of my new vehicle up in Utah. The entire process of purchasing a vehicle when located out of state was made very smooth by this dealership. I could not more highly recommend Findlay Flagstaff and Dustin Donahue to work with to purchase an excellent Toyota vehicle.

Arrived with Toyota Corolla IM at 8032 miles with...

Arrived with Toyota Corolla IM at 8032 miles with Automatic CVT, carpeted interior, and in outstanding condition. Carvana, Carfax, and Edmunds indicated the value for trade-in was between $14,038 and $14,378. The Dealership Retail value for the used car was $17,364 and Certified Used was $18,204. However, after speaking with two representatives (i.e., Jon, a Salesperson, and Matt, "the used car specialist") I was offered $11,000. They said my best offer would be Carvana because the dealership would not make a profit. When they became aware of getting a negative review, I was asked to confirm, then told to leave the building because "I can make any negative review outside." Even though this was the dealership I originally got the car at. Those are the facts. By the "used specialist" own words you are better off going to Carvana if you want to get a fair value for trade-in. In fact, you should just go online to get a fair price in general. Upon re-entry, to obtain the names of the representatives, Jon, began yelling at me saying, "You're the problem with all this. This is extortion. You didn't get your way, and now you're being crabby about it." I indicated that I just needed his name for corporate. When asking for information, Jon was curt and said, "don't have it." I asked the front and obtained the employee card.

Dunstin Donahue was great to work with

Dustin was great to work with. He didn't pressure me to make a decision. He helped me to figure out which was the best car for me and my family. He really had my back. I'd work with him again any time.

Excellent Buying Experience

After my beloved 1994 Toyota 4Runner finally died at 379,920 miles, I needed a new 4WD high clearance vehicle quickly. Dustin Donahue quickly (within a couple of hours) contacted me after I completed Findlay Toyota of Flagstaff’s online search form. Dustin was able to locate a 2019 standard transmission Tacoma for me, although it had to be shipped in from another dealership. They aren’t easy to find. He even offered to bring it to our house for us, as we live quite far from Flagstaff. We declined, but on the day we arranged to pick up the vehicle, he was waiting for us and had all paperwork prepared. We were able to complete all transactions within an hour, and he then did a very nice job trying to orient me to all the electronics of this vehicle - somewhat overwhelming for an old guy like me, but he did his best to answer my questions. A very positive experience and I would recommend Findlay Toyota of Flagstaff and Dustin to anyone needing a new Toyota. Thanks. Upgrading to a New 4Runner

The staff at Findlay Toyota went to all lengths to make sure I got into the car of my dreams. Griffin and Dustin were great in helping me upgrade my 4Runner to a brand new one that’s already lifted with all sorts of upgrades! I couldn’t be more thankful to the staff over there.

2019 Camry XSE

I was looking for a very specific blue Camry XSE...shared my requirements with Griffin. He called back in an hour and said he and Dustin found the car and could get it for me. I couldn't be more thrilled with the lengths this Findlay Toyota sales team will go to satisfy their customers. Upon delivery Griffin took his time with us and shared more knowledge about the cars tech features than we could absorb. The entire experience was head and shoulders above any car buying experience we've had in many, many years. We love the Camry...high tech, sporty, good looking and wow 30 mpg in the city.
